Payment Terms
Payment for sample order:100% full payment before production by bank transfer.
Payment for LCL order: 50% deposit before production;50% balance after the goods ready and before delivery.
Payment for FCL order:30% deposit before production;70% balance against copy of B/L.
Remark: Matters not mentioned above may be settled through discussion.
Production
Production starts after the first deposit is received. Production time is between 30 to 90 days depending on quantity(Special circumstances unless, such as force majeure or applying a new certificate causes a delay etc).
Transport Info
EXW, CIF and FOB are the three most commonly used modes of transport that are all available. EXW factory delivery, and the Buyer is responsible for all transportation. CIF uses the seller's designated forwarder to arrange transportation, the buyer pays the freight and insurance to the seller, and the seller pays to the freight agent. FOB uses the buyer's designated forwarder to arrange transportation, and the buyer pays the freight and insurance to the designated agent directly. The buyer is responsible for local customs and federal laws.
